Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in stocking Small Batch Soaps! Here's everything you need to know about ordering with us.
Order Minimum
$150 CAD per order.
Payment
All orders are paid in advance. We accept e-transfer (to smallbatchsoaps@gmail.com), credit card, and PayPal.
A 3% service fee applies to credit card and PayPal payments, added to the shipping invoice.
Please note: orders paid by e-transfer will not begin fulfillment until payment has been received.
Shipping
Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send a separate invoice for shipping charges based on the best rate available for your location. Orders ship once this invoice is paid. Local pick-up from our St. Catharines warehouse is always free.
Fulfillment Time
Orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks. During high-volume seasons, please allow 2-3 weeks. If you'd like an estimated timeline for your order, just send us an email - we're happy to help.
